Edward has reached a few milestones this month and I finally got them photographed. Actually, I made a few videos! I was never one for filming everything, but since Edward arrived I wanted to remember EVERYTHING!
This month we started Edward on some rice cereal. He really loves to eat. However; after weeks of not sleeping and grumpiness I have decided to take away the cereal. We are on day three without it and he is actually happier and slept better last night! Allergic? Not sure.
Edward can now sit on his own but he doesn't exactly know how to get into sitting position without a little help. Also, he decided today would be a great day to get up on his hands and knees! WAY TOO SOON! Am I really ready for him to crawl?
In other news... I believe he officially sucks his THUMB now! (just like his mommy)

WHOA! That baby is ginormous! By the time Thanksgiving rolls around he will be reading and writing hehe. He is so cute! I want to just pinch him. And I love the pic of him and his thumb. So adorable!
How funny that he has started sucking his thumb now, after five months!
Maybe his thumb-sucking will help him sleep better? Who knows! I guess he wasn't ready for rice cereal -- maybe in a month or two he'll want to do that.
Yeah, he totally looks ready to crawl -- Sapphire's so pudgy she sometimes tries to get on her hands and knees, but can't quite make it. It's funny to watch. :-)
Edward will love watching these videos when he's older, especially if there's a baby #2 someday.
What a cutie--wish I had some advice about the cereal. I will say Danica didn't take to it immediately (and still doesn't like rice cereal) but now she eats everything. But I think I waited longer to get her started on solids--I am thinking Easter was the first time she really started to eat a lot--so closer to 6-7 months.
