A Thankful Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is a holiday that we have not set up any real traditions. We are usually all over the place.  Last year we spent it with Craig and Blair.  It was so nice to not worry too much about what we were going to eat.  This year, Stephen's parents drove over to spend the weekend with us.  We had originally planned to take the boys to Disney World, but after some thought, we decided Nolen was not ready for that big of a trip just yet.  So we opted for a "staycation".  I am so glad we did.  I still had a few things I had to do; however, for the most part, we really did absolutely nothing.

I am so grateful for my in-laws.  They are so helpful and kind.  I am always glad to have family come and stay with us.  I feel so left out most of the time as we live so far away.  I miss the daily interactions with people that I know love me.
I am so thankful for my health, Stephen's health, and the boys health.  We are truly blessed.  Everybody went around the table and said what they are thankful for in this world.  Nolen said, "Thankful for geckos" and Edward said, "I am thankful for lizards".  I suppose that is just fine.
Happy Thanksgiving!
