Nolen has been trying out Jiu Jitsu this year and he has a fun belt up ceremony this week. We had no idea what to expect but Nolen said he had fun. One tradition that seemed wild was that everyone who ranked up to a new belt got hit by EVERYONE with a belt!! Fun but painful!
