SWEM BIRT- Arkansas

We started SWEMBIRT of this year with a delayed flight and a midnight landing.  We woke up early and headed back to the airport to pick up our 12 passenger van that didn't exist.  Instead, we got an 8 passenger minivan for 9 people.  It was VERY squishy.  We drove over to Hot Springs National Park and spent the day in a very fun bath house.  It was nothing like we imagined.  We were put into a bathtub to soak for 20 minutes, and then taken to a table to lay under hot towels, and then we did a butt wash, and ended with a steam inside a silver steamer with only our heads sticking out.  I had assumed we would just get into a hot tub of sorts but that was not the case.  It was very hilarious.  We loved it. 

After we went through the bath house, we headed over to a very funny wax museum.  All the heads were melted sideways.  There were some hilarious depictions of scenes that were extremely unrealistic.  Again, a fun part of the trip.  We also went into the basement and saw where all the gangsters escaped the law in the 1800's and 1900's.  It was creepy.
