El Paso

My friend, Chelsea, decided to elope yesterday. I put my two sweet boys in the car and we headed out for a quick road trip to El Paso. After 3 1/2 hours in the car, these boys were ready to run. I promised them swimming and fine dinning, mc Donald's, so they behaved all through the wedding. 

Edward and Nolen can't remember staying in a hotel, so I got us a suit with a jacuzzi tub, kitchen, and a couch. No, we did not sleep much, but that is ok. I had a great impromptu road trip with my two sweet boys.

Hoppy Easter!

We woke up early and hunted eggs!  These boys are so adorable.  Sometimes, I can not help myself but take 1,000 pictures!  Easter is such a beautiful time of year and especially a time to remember our Savior, Jesus, who was raised from the dead so that we could live again with Him.  I am so grateful for the atonement in my life.  Hoppy Easter!

 

So fast

People say, "cherish this time, they grow up so fast."  So, here I sit, trying to cherish these moments when they want to sit on me just so they can be near me. As a Mom, it is difficult to see these moments disappearing as they seem to happen all day every day. I always want my space but I know, all too soon, they will want their space, too. So, I cherish these moments, today. 

BMX

Strider bike racing is much more fun with friends! We drove to Kingman to spend Easter with my parents. We have been trying to fit everything in these last few days. We fed the fish 10 times too much, rode bikes down the big hill, went shopping, and played with cousins!  I love my home town. I miss it. I really love my family.  

Red light green light

Have you been to Albuquerque? Well with these two post, I hope to entice you to come for a visit. We went to Red light Green light for a trip out with Nolens therapist, Whitney.   Both boys loved the ball pit in the back of the truck. 

Aquarium!

We are really blessed here in Albuquerque to have an aquarium attached to a botanical garden. There are so many fun things do do here, one could never get bored.
