A Quick Trip

I drove over to Kingman for a quick trip over the weekend. I took my parents and my boys with me to my high school reunion.  They all had their own fun.  They celebrated Logan's 11th birthday.  We went out on the lake then they went back to my parents house to sing and eat cake.  The boys stayed up all night laughing.  I think they were as exhausted as I was on Sunday morning.

We zoomed home on Sunday so that we could get back in time for the swim team awards banquet.  The boys were so excited to get their ribbons and medals from Sundance Championships.

20 Years of Post High School Fun!

This weekend I headed over to Kingman for my twenty year high school reunion.  I was so scared going in, thinking I wouldn't know anyone; however, I was SO WRONG! I had a BLAST!  It was so fun to catch up with every single person at the reunion.  There was only one person that I hadn't met in high school.  So out of the 75 people that showed up, I knew 74!  It was so awesome to talk and dance the night away.  I think everyone had a good time.  I stayed up WAY past my normal 10:00 PM bed time and it was well worth it.  I admit, it took me two days to recover but it was so fun!  I haven't danced like that in years!  I wish there was a place 38 year olds could go and dance with out judgment by the wild 20 somethings. HA!
Until next time!

We Swim To Win!

This weekend the boys had swim championships with the Sundance League.  It was an amazing experience.

These two boys worked so hard this season.  They swam great at districts and we left so sad because neither of them qualified for Championships.  As Edward dove into the water for breaststroke, his goggles and swim cap came off.  He was so disappointed. I admit, I was too.  Nolen swam great but came in 5th place for breaststroke.
We checked online and guess what?! Edward was chosen to swim breaststroke for his team Medely Relay and Nolen was chosen as a wild card to swim breaststroke with the 8 and under's.  They both swam amazing!!  Nolen's came in 11th place and Edward's team came in 3rd place! It was awesome.
This has been a great season!  I am so glad they ended the season on a high note!

The most EPIC Week!

This has been the most epic week! We got to bring Logan home with us for a week and we tried to cram as much fun into one week as we could.  We still went to swim team and a swim meet AND managed to have a lot of fun.
Sunday we made cookies with Grandma.

Monday the boys went to the mall to pet all the lizards and snakes.  Grandpa took them and they ate lunch at the mall before coming home talking all about the next animals they were going to buy.
Tuesday the boys were invited to a birthday party at Hinkle family fun center.  They mini golfed and road the bumper boats!
We also celebrated Stephen's Birthday on Tuesday!

Wednesday Nolen and his friend Dylan went to the public pool and went down the slides at least 50 times.  Edward and Logan stayed home and took a break.
Thursday we drove to the Wibit in Santa Rosa.  Long drive and so fun!  We all even jumped into Blue Hole.  61 degrees!

Friday we went to Cliff's!

Friday night my mom and I took pictures at an all white party! It was really fun!

Today we went to a swim meet and ate pizza.
So much fun packed in to one little week!  We will be sad when Logan heads home on Monday.
