No more stupid stuff!

I am still working on my no more stupid stuff resolution. So far, so good. We are doing chores, practicing piano, and cleaning after school. Edward was recently assigned homework so that has been added to the list. We are spending more time as a family and my house is clean! I feel great. I am so happy to be doing more and actually doing less at the same time. 

Today, Edward and I went on s field trip to Pope joy hall and watched a show. So much fun!

Many more good things to come.

My parents

These two have been married for 42 years!  They are amazing!  The best parents in the world!  I love them so much!  They are giving and selfless.  They have given me so much in my life.  They are an amazing example of what a marriage should look like and how it should function.  I use their example of commitment to keep my priorities in line.  

They are the best!

Swimming in winter

My sort of not really but kind of New Years goal is to spend more time with the people I love and less time on stupid stuff. I tend to busy up my schedule and overlaod my boys. Well, I'm trying to change. So tonight we went swimming as a family. No pictures at the pool because that would require time doing stupid stuff. Here is an after shot. I think they are pretty happy. 

Oh and as a side note, 4 months of no swimming and they both basically forgot how to swim. Ugh.
