You read that right!
We went on a vacation during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic.
We left the mainland USA and headed for a tropical get away.
IT WAS AMAZING!
Everything was closed so we spent the entire 7 days at our beach house. We walked out our back door and right on to the beach. It was glorious. We did drive around to see some sights and try to find some other things to do, but mostly we just swam in the ocean right outside our own back door.
We did experience a tropical storm that turned into a hurricane and we felt an earth quake. Nothing we can't handle. The boys were officially beached out by the time we flew home. Edward was actually ready to get home. We really loved every minute of our trip EXCEPT we could not flush toilet paper down the toilets. That was gross. Lesson learned, take the poo paper out every night or it will stink up the house and attract flies.
