Orchestra, puppy, permit, and a show!

Oh February has been full of fun. I caught up on my blog and then, bam, the months passed me by! So here I am, playing a bit of catch up. I have been rehearsing for the show, “Into the woods” with Musical Theater Southwest for the last two months and it has knocked me off my routine.

Nolen had an orchestra concert, Craig and Blair got a cute puppy named Bunny, Edward got his permit, and my show started February 29th! It’s been a whirlwind!

Happy 15th Birthday to Edward!

My sweet Edward is 15 today.  He is so kind.  The teen years are incredibly difficult, filled with questions, and no answers some of the time.  Edward is in the thick of this confusing time.  He loves archery, war thunder, Minecraft, talking with his friends on discord, and sleep.  Oh, life is so fun with a teenager  Edward is currently taking drivers ed and should be a permitted driver by Saturday.  It is so hard to believe how fast time moves.

Edward celebrated his birthday on Saturday with a few of his friends  He had sushi and played Supersmash brothers.  Today, we went to get a burger from grass burger and just hung out  it was a good relaxing way to spend a birthday.

All and nothing at the same time

Nolen has been feeling a bit down about his looks and wanted to change his hair so I fluffed it up and laid it down just to see if we could make it different.

Edward had an archery tournament and shot really well. He hasn’t been enjoying it as much as he used to; however, this is his chosen sport so he goes.

We had a tiny snow day which I’m afraid might be our only snow day this year.  It was beautiful.  Nolen got his braces on finally! He was in so much pain and so sad.  He has a year and a half with his braces.  I’m hoping it gets better.

I have also made one of my goals to attend the temple once a month for 2024.  I’m hoping to find some peace in my world.
