This week we checked a few more places to visit off our "a year in Albuquerque" list for my parents. Today, we drove up to Aspen Vista Trail and hiked in the beautiful aspens. The color changes of the golden leaves were breath taking. It is nearly 10,000 ft up and the air is thin, but the boys seemed to have a great time exploring the aspens. My parents sat on a bench then went for a little hike on their own while I hiked with the boys, my cousin Lisa, her 5 kids, Lauren, and her 4 kids. We were a large group!
